BAM goes XML

In this article (June 2004) in Application Development Trends by Rich
Seeley the claim is made that Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and
Business Process Monitoring (BPM) both need XML, according to Anant
Jhingran, IBM’s director of business intelligence.
